This site describes the painting services Nova Painting LLC offers across the Kansas City metro. We keep it accurate and we may change it at any time. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page.
Sending a form, calling or emailing us asks for an estimate. It does not create a contract, and neither does our reply. Work begins when you accept a written estimate from us.
We quote after we have walked the property, not over the phone, and the figure covers the labor, the materials and the schedule described in it. A price changes only when the scope changes, and we tell you before that happens rather than afterward.
We confirm dates in writing. Exterior work depends on weather: paint and stain need the surface and the air inside the range the product is made for, so an exterior date can move. We tell you when it does.
We ask that you tell us about anything fragile, unusual or hazardous before we start, and about pets, alarms and access. It is what keeps the crew and your property safe.
The SMS terms on our privacy policy page apply to any number you give us. Reply STOP at any time.
We photograph our own work and may use those photographs on this site and in our marketing. Tell us if you would rather we did not, at the walkthrough or any time after, and we will not.
